The wine varieties Politini produce include Sauvignon Blanc, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Shiraz, Sangiovese, Pinot Grigio, Grecanico, Vermentino, Moscato and Sangiovese Rose. Their wine making philosophy revolves around letting the vineyard speak for itself and capturing the grape in the bottle.
