We had a very fun day on the Barron River rafting with Kristian as our guide. He really gave us the best experience possible not only with his great sense of humour but he made us feel safe while still giving us a wicked ride. Overall it was a super fun day and I would 100% do it again!

What a fabulous afternoon!! I’d only rafted on the Tully previously, and went for the Barron River as it was a lower grading and I was going with my 13 year old son. Wow!! It was SO much fun! Would highly recommend- though be prepared to maybe get wet/tipped into the water. Not for the faint hearted - but not as adrenaline inducing as the Tully.

Easy booking online. Great communication on where and when to meet. Great equipment and safety briefing. Experienced guides. Amazing rapids.....so much fun for entire family. Very impressive experience - would definitely do it again.

This trip was so fun! Don't be scared of the name, the guides are very well-trained and are super nice and fun! Drew was super nice and she was very well experienced. Highly recommend for couples and families!!

Highly recommend this activity! Marco really looked after us and ensured we had fun whilst surviving the rapids! Super friendly team, gave us recommendations for restaurants which was lovely! Make sure you pack a change of clothes as you'll get very wet!

Overall it was a really enjoyable experience. The rapids were really fun and the bus picked us up on time. Our guide Jordan was very knowledgeable and made the trip safe while also pumping the adrenaline. Some downsides: - The hidden river levy ($30 per person), this is not included when booking online and is collect on the bus - you’re required to carry the raft back out of the water up the hill at the end. - some of the guides/staff need to work on personal hygiene with increased use of deodorant especially when working in close proximity to other people.

Don't let the name fool you, the trip was fun and exciting in a safe kind of way. All of the operators were cheery, informative and super safety conscious. The gear is perfect for any size although they didn't have to charge extra for use of the shoes. The water is warm and the river spectacular. It was raining and so perfect alternative to the beach. Well worth it. Book direct and not through an agent to get a better deal and help the company
